Formcrete is a turnkey shell contractor — one of the few in South Florida that owns all of its own equipment and forming systems. They build fast. The problem with fast construction is that the work disappears before anyone documents it.

We ran biweekly site visits across the full build at 777 Isles of Capri in Pompano Beach — aerial and ground captures each visit, following the structure floor by floor. At project close, we produced a promotional video of the tunnel form process for their client presentations.
