Century Home Builders Group, Conconcreto Construction USA, DoubleC, and Century Asset Management were running multiple large-scale construction projects across South Florida simultaneously — up to seven active sites — with different stakeholder groups needing different things from the same media.

We built a centralized media system: a consistent bimonthly capture schedule across all sites producing aerial photos, aerial video, 360° aerial virtual tours, quarterly 4K highlight videos, and high-resolution site maps. Each deliverable was tailored to its audience — progress tracking for on-site crews, marketing imagery for home sales, CAD-aligned verification shots for the design team, and aerial walkthroughs for international investors who needed to understand the scope without being there.
