The Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at FIU’s Biscayne Bay Campus wanted a way to let prospective students experience the campus before ever visiting — the kitchen labs, the Wine Spectator Restaurant Management Lab, the Southern Wine and Spirits Beverage Management Center.

We built a full 360° virtual tour of the campus with aerial views, interior and exterior captures, and timelapse footage. Application forms were embedded directly in the tour, so prospective students could start the process without leaving it.

89,000 interactions to date. The Chaplin School has called it an invaluable asset in their recruitment efforts — and we’ve updated it each time they’ve renovated, most recently adding the J.W. Weiss Wine Laboratory and the new walkway pavilion.
