Enhancing Construction Management with the Use of Aerial Imaging.
We worked with Century Home Builders & Conconcreto to create monthly site captures.
Our recent projects with Conconcreto Construction, Century Home Builders, and Mattoni Group showcase the power of aerial site monitoring and our comprehensive imaging solutions.
Conconcreto Construction, Century Home Builders, and Mattoni Group are global leading companies in the commercial construction and home building industry. They were in need of frequent and high-quality site captures of their project sites across Miami and Homestead.
The first project was a 326 residential unit building with eight stories and 35,700 square feet of commercial space. The clubhouse would total 47,000 square feet in three stories, including a large fitness center, a spa with a steam room and sauna, a rooftop pool deck, and a banquet hall.
Our team at AUG Imaging provided monthly site captures using drone photography and videography, as well as custom branded aerial walkthroughs for developers, project executives, and stakeholders to follow along with the progress of the project. This allowed for remote monitoring and efficient communication among all parties involved.
The second project was located in Homestead, Florida and involved the construction of single-family homes. We provided site captures twice a month, including aerial photos, videos, and 360 virtual walkthroughs of the property. This allowed project executives to monitor the site remotely from the office and make informed decisions.
Overall, our aerial imaging solutions helped Conconcreto Construction and Century Home Builders efficiently monitor and manage their project sites. By leveraging the latest technology and our expertise in aerial photography and videography, we were able to empower them and deliver results.
Furthermore, when these projects are complete, we will be able to use the same 360 capture technology to create custom walkthroughs of the interiors, providing potential clients with an immersive look at the finished properties.
