Directly with me. I answer the phone, show up on location, and deliver your files. Clients know who they're working with before the shoot and after delivery. That's intentional, not incidental.
Starting rates are published on this page. Every project gets a custom quote after a short call — scope, location, and timing all affect the final number. Most projects are priced and confirmed within 24 hours of that conversation.
Yes. I work regularly across Miami-Dade, Broward County, and the Florida Keys. Projects outside that range are considered case by case.
DRONE & AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Yes. I hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate — the federal license required for any commercial drone operation. Flying commercially without it is illegal under federal law. All airspace checks and LAANC authorization are handled on my end before every shoot.
Aerial photo packages start at $500 for 15–20 edited 48 megapixel images with 48-hour delivery. Combined photo and video packages start at $899. Full pricing is on the Services page. Every project is confirmed with a written quote after a brief call.
Drone flights require acceptable wind and visibility conditions. If conditions aren't suitable, we reschedule at no charge. I monitor forecasts in advance and flag any concerns before the day of the shoot.
Virtual twilight is an AI sky replacement applied to a daytime aerial photo — it converts the image to a dusk or golden-hour look. At $25 per image it's a cost-effective way to get a compelling hero shot without scheduling a separate sunset flight. For most website and listing uses it's indistinguishable from the real thing.
Yes. I handle all airspace checks, LAANC authorization, and any required coordination before every shoot. You don't need to contact the FAA or file anything. If a location has restricted airspace or requires a waiver, I'll tell you before we schedule.
360° VIRTUAL TOURS
No. Tours are hosted for life with no recurring fees. Once your tour is published, it stays live on your website and Google Business Profile permanently. You own it outright.
After the tour is complete, I submit it directly to your Google Business Profile. It appears in Google Maps and Google Search under your listing — in the same location where Google Street View appears for exterior locations. This is included in every virtual tour project at no additional charge.
5–7 business days from shoot day to delivery. That includes full post-processing, hotspot linking, and Google Business Profile submission.
Yes. You'll receive an embed code that works with any website platform — Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or custom HTML.
Photos show a fixed perspective. A virtual tour lets someone navigate through your space themselves — they control where they look and where they go. For hotels and restaurants, that means a guest can walk your lobby, check the room, and see the view before they book. Properties that have both convert better than those with photos alone.
Photos and tours serve different purposes. Photos handle the first impression. A tour answers what comes next: what does it actually feel like to be there? The two work together — they don't replace each other.
Yes. Dynamic 360° aerial panoramas can be added to a virtual tour to establish context and orient the viewer before they move through the interior. Several of our completed projects combine both — the Work page has examples.
MARINE & BOAT PHOTOGRAPHY
Vessels under 35 feet are flat-rate. Above 35 feet is priced per foot. After a short call to confirm the vessel type and shoot scope, I'll send a written quote the same day.
Yes. If you're listing privately and want photography that competes with brokerage listings, the process and pricing are the same.
